By purchasing from ArcanaVials, you agree to use all products in compliance with these terms and all applicable Australian laws.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from ArcanaVials.com.au. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used exclusively for legitimate laboratory research purposes.
2. Product Use
All products are sold as reference standards and research chemicals. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all purchased products in accordance with established laboratory safety protocols and Australian regulations.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped discreetly in unmarked packaging. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.
5. Limitation of Liability
ArcanaVials shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from use outside of approved research contexts.
